A romantic small former fisherhouse
situated directly at the water and built in the typical Greek island's architecture
of former times, gently renovated 2010. Phantastic view over the sea with sunsets.
An outside staircase leads to the terrace
with umbrella. Entry to a bed room with double bed and over a
wooden ladder small gallery/ store room (1 bed possible). Small kitchen with table and separate toilet/ shower.
A staircase leads from the terrace to the roof of the house,
also with great view over the sea. The house is simply, but usefully equipped.
To the small, rarely visited beach there are 30 meters, to the next villages Tripiti and Adamas (shopping,
restaurants, banks a.s.o.) 2
km. The last 100 m between the small street and the house is only a path way.
