Charming detached house with breath taking view,
situated completely quiet with 270 degrees panorama view over the sea. You
can see in the west the large bay of Serifos and the port with its incoming
boats, in the north the historical village of Chora on a hill over the bay
and in the south east the lonely shores of Serifos. 250 m to the first beach, 1 km to the first restaurant
and the long sandy beach of Livadi, 1,5 km to the village of Livadi with its
many shops and restaurants and 2 km to the port of Serifos. The house has two rooms, one partly built in the rocks.
Some of the rocks can be seen in the walls of the room. Two double beds,
kitchenette with table. Both rooms have an exit to a large terrace with a
fantastic sea view. Tastefully furnished bathroom. Over a safe staircase you reach the roof garden with a
great 360 degrees panorama view. Large surrounding around the house. |
