A small
former fisherhouse with ground floor and first floor, built in the typical Greek island's architecture of
former times, with a phantastic view, calm and
romantic situation directly at the water.
A staircase outside goes to the large balcony. Behind there is a
kitchen-cum-living-room with 1 bed and a small, very simple toilet/ shower. A
small spiral staircase inside goes to the first floor (double bed and
ventilator on the roof) and from there to a large covered balcony (balcony door
has mosquito net) with a great view over the sea (sunset). The house is very
simply, but usefully equipped. To the small, rarely visited sandy beach there
are 30 meters, to the next villages Tripiti and Adamas (shopping, restaurants) each 2 km.
