Detached house completely quietly situated in rural surrounding with beautiful garden with many trees. Marvellous view over the sea and the isle of Naxos. Only 1 km to supermarkets, restaurants and the picturesque historic village of Marpissa. The house has a kitchen-cum-living-room with dining place, refrigerator and stove with oven, a bedroom with double bed (baby bed on request) and exit to a balcony and the garden, a living room with sofa, TV satellite, 2 single beds and exit to a balcony and to the garden, toilet/ shower and completely vitrified veranda, which can be used as a small living room, too, and which conducts to a balcony with sea view and to the garden. Air conditioning and all windows with mosquito nets. In the garden many places to sit and to play.
